Greetings! And Happy Spring!
Summer is just around the corner and plans are well under way for Northbrook Farmers Market 2011.
So much is new, we can't wait to tell you all about it: you'll be hearing from us every two weeks, starting today!
One new development--a Farmers Market Board of Advisors has been formed. The members are charged with overseeing all aspects of the market. Advisors include: Debbie DePalma, Adrienne Felder, Ginny Hartzer, Liz Manaster, Paul Spanier, and Market Manager Dale Duda, all residents of Northbrook and all huge supporters of the market.
Two seats remain open on the board, so if you or someone you know is a fan of the market and wants to shape, influence, and participate, please contact us at the link below.

Visit Northbrook Farmers Market Booth at Earth Day, Saturday, April 16
 Northbrook Farmers Market again will participate in Earth Day, Saturday, April 16, at the Village Green in downtown Northbrook. Visit our booth between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to find out what's new at the market for the 2011 season.

NBK Farmers Market is pleased to again participate in Northbrook NINE, which was created last year to foster a cooperative atmosphere where event organizers, producers and stakeholders together develop a workable plan to promote and stimulate participation, sponsorship and interest in the NINE Northbrook community events.
